Return Coordinator – Lifts & Machines at Mylift in Mölnlycke

We are looking for a Return Coordinator for our depot in Mölnlycke. At Mylift, you will be part of a close-knit team where you work with receiving, maintaining, and preparing our machines and lifts.

Job Responsibilities

As a Return Coordinator, you will be responsible for receiving machines that come back from rental and ensuring they are ready for the next customer. Your tasks include:

• Receiving and inspecting lifts and machines
• Cleaning and sanitizing
• Basic maintenance and repairs
• Painting work
• Organization and structure in the yard
• Collaboration with the workshop and rental team
• Preparing and finalizing sold machines

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is practical, enjoys keeping things organized, and has an interest in machines. Experience in similar work is a plus but not a requirement – we are happy to teach you on-site.

You also need to:

• Be responsible, meticulous, and service-oriented
• Enjoy both independent work and teamwork
• Have good physical fitness as the job may involve heavy lifting
• Master Swedish in both spoken and written form
• Have a valid driver's license (B) – required
• Experience with forklifts and lifts is a plus
